Evaluation Fee
The $29 health evaluation fee is non-refundable. It covers the cost of a licensed physician's review of your case, regardless of whether treatment is prescribed.
Dispensed Medications
Because prescription medications are compounded or dispensed specifically for you by a licensed pharmacy, dispensed medication is not eligible for a refund once it has been shipped. This policy is required by pharmacy regulations.
If your medication arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect order, please contact us at hola@mypause.health within 7 days of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue.
Subscription Cancellation
You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellations are effective at the end of your current billing cycle — you will not be charged for the next period. You will continue to have access to any medication already dispensed for the current period.
If you cancel after a new billing cycle has begun and your order has already been sent to the pharmacy, we are unable to cancel that order or issue a refund for that period.
