About MyPause
Care for the transition nobody prepared you for
MyPause was founded on a simple frustration: half the population goes through menopause, yet most women are left to figure it out alone, dismissed by doctors, confused by supplement ads, and told to tough it out.
The process
How it works
Five steps, from your first answer to ongoing care.
-
Step 1: Tell us about yourself
Answer a health questionnaire built with licensed providers. Takes about 5 minutes.
-
Step 2: See your options
Based on your answers, you’ll see the treatment options that may fit you. Your provider makes the final decision.
-
Step 3: A licensed provider reviews and prescribes
A licensed provider reviews your answers and, if appropriate, prescribes your treatment and sets your dose.
The visit is free — you only pay if prescribed.
-
Step 4: Delivered to your door
Your medication ships from a licensed pharmacy — free shipping, discreet packaging.
-
Step 5: Follow-up whenever you need
Message your provider anytime with questions; dose adjustments and check-ins included.

Who provides your care
How we work
MyPause is a telehealth platform operated by Leon Ventures, LLC. Medical care is provided by independent, licensed providers. Prescriptions are filled and shipped by licensed U.S. pharmacies. We do not practice medicine or pharmacy.
Every woman who completes an evaluation is reviewed by a licensed provider — not an algorithm — who will determine whether hormone therapy is appropriate and, if so, what treatment and dose is right for her.
This isn’t the end of anything. It’s a new stage, and you deserve to feel like yourself in it.
