Fulfillment

Your prescription is filled and shipped by a licensed U.S. pharmacy after a licensed physician issues your prescription. Most prescriptions are filled within business days of physician approval.

Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier conditions. You will receive a tracking notification when your order ships.

We ship only to U.S. states where we are authorized to operate. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or internationally.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at hola@mypause.health and we will work with the pharmacy to resolve the issue.
