1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Leon Ventures, LLC ("MyPause," "we," "us," or "our"), a Florida limited liability company. By accessing or using mypause.health or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Not a Medical Practice
MyPause does not practice medicine or pharmacy. We operate a telehealth platform that connects patients with independent, licensed physicians. All medical decisions are made solely by those licensed physicians. The prescribing physician-patient relationship is between you and the physician, not between you and Leon Ventures, LLC.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of a U.S. state in which we operate to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. Health Evaluation Fee
A $29 non-refundable evaluation fee is charged when you submit your health intake form. This fee covers the physician's review of your case. It is not credited toward treatment costs. You are only charged for medication if a licensed physician prescribes it and you proceed with a subscription plan.
5. Subscriptions
Treatment plans are available as monthly or quarterly subscriptions. Subscriptions renew automatically. You may pause or cancel anytime from your account, effective on your next billing cycle. See our Refund Policy for details.
6. No Guarantee of Prescription
Completing a health evaluation does not guarantee a prescription. A licensed physician will determine whether treatment is medically appropriate based on your individual health history and symptoms.
7. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information in your health evaluation. Providing false or misleading health information may result in termination of services and may have legal consequences.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leon Ventures, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the 90 days preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
